What Is The Minimum Lease Period?
6 months
Are Utilities Included In My Rent?
It varies from unit to unit. Please refer to the individual listing
How Do I Pay My Rent?
Via bank transfer to our corporate bank account
Will I Get Back My Security Deposit?
Yes, 100% of the security deposit will be refunded subject to the room being reinstated to the move-in condition upon handover after the tenancy ends.
What Appliances Are Included?
In general, every unit will be equipped with an electric kettle, washer, dryer, microwave oven, fridge, cutleries, vacuum cleaner, mop, bin and cleaning agents in the communal space.
Do I Have To Pay For Aircon Servicing?
No. Quarterly aircon servicing is included.
Are Pets Allowed?
No
Is Cooking Allowed?
Light cooking is allowed. Please clean up after each usage.
